Former Petes Captain Kyle Raftis joins OHL Head Office

The Ontario Hockey League announced today the appointment of Mr. Kyle Raftis as its new Director of Recruitment, Education Services and Player Development.

Kyle is a graduate of the Ontario Hockey League, capping a five year OHL career by captaining the Peterborough Petes in the 2006/07 season and was a member of the Petes 2006 OHL Championship Team after which he attended Dalhousie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Management while accessing his OHL scholarship.

Prior to joining the Petes in 2005, Kyle played for the Kingston Frontenacs and Oshawa Generals.

Kyle will work out of the League office and is commencing his duties with the Ontario Hockey League effective immediately.

Kyle was formally introduced to the Governors at their meeting held in Toronto Monday, the 21st of November, 2011.
