Petes Trim Roster to 28 players

Peterborough Petes General Manager David Reid announced this evening that the team has trimmed the roster to 28 players including 3 goaltenders and 25 skaters following the Petes annual Maroon vs. White game this afternoon.  The remaining players will participate in pre-season games beginning on Sunday afternoon in Port Credit when the Petes play the new look Mississauga Steelheads.

 

The following players have been released back to their respective teams.  Nicholas Nigro, Mike Caruso, JC Campagna, William Sullivan, Reid Jackman, Steven Jakiela, Loren Ulett, Doug Johnston, Bryan Boersma, Adam Burnett, Tyson Baker, Dylan Fitze and Hunter Racine.
