Team Yzerman beat Team Murphy in the first intra-squad game of the Peterborough Petes 2012 Training Camp on Thursday morning.
Scoring for Team Yzerman were Peter Ceresnak, Stephen Nosad, Reid Jackman, Slater Koekkoek and Francis Menard. Assists went to Bryan Hignett (2), Koekkoek, Matt McCartney, Josh Maguire, Jackman, Stephen Pierog, and Loren Ulett.
Scoring for Team Murphy were Dylan Fitze, Chase Hatcher and Nicholas Nigro with assist to Brett Banks, Zac Masson and Nick Ritchie.
Mitchell Ewing and Michael Giugovaz shared the net for Team Yzerman and Matthew Robson was in goal for Team Murphy.
