Jim Devlin - President

Jim became a member of the Petes Board of Directors in 2002 and was appointed President of the Board of Directors in June 2011. He was born and raised in the City of Peterborough and has been following the Petes since their beginning having attended the first game played in November 1956. He worked for Trentway Bus Lines later known as Coach Canada, and became a partner in the business in 1976. He was the president of the company for the past 34 years having retired on August 31st, 2010. Jim brings a wealth of board experience to the Petes having served on the board of directors of national associations such as the Canadian Bus Association, Ontario Motor Coach Association, Motor Coach Canada, American Bus Association Foundation and Tourism Toronto. He has been very active in the community of Peterborough serving on the board of directors of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce, Peterborough Kawartha Tourism and Convention Bureau, Peterborough Industrial Development Corporation and, Fontbonne Health Care Society. He recently chaired the successful By Your Side Campaign raising funds to buy equipment for the new Peterborough Regional Health Centre. He is a long-time supporter of sports in Peterborough having been the main sponsor for 28 years of what is now known as the Liftlock Stars Jr. A hockey team, as well as youth baseball, soccer and hockey teams.

Dr. Bob Neville - Governor
Bob began with the Petes in 1987 as the Team Physician and travelled to road games and the the Memorial Cup in 1989 and 1993. Bob was invited to join the Petes Board of Executives in 1995 and chaired the successful bid presentation to host the Memorial Cup in early 1996 and was Chairman of the 1996 Memorial Cup. Bob was a member of the Peterborough Memorial Centre's Renovation Committee in 2000 and became the President of the Petes board of Executives from 2002-2005. Currently Bob is the Governor of the Board of Executives and in 2005 was elected to the Executive Council of the OHL Board of Governors where he currently holds the posistion of Secretary, Treasurer of the Board. Bob is the Chairman and member of multiple committee's of the OHL Board of Governors. Professionaly, Bob is a Family Physician, Occupational Health Physician, Coroner, Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Queen's and McMaster Universities, a Medical Review Officer, President of the Medical Centre in Peterborough and a Board member of the Primary Health Care Service in Peterborough. Bob has been married for 21 years to his wife Ginny. The couple have 7 children ranging in age from 5 year old twins to 18 years old.

Pat Casey - Treasurer
Pat came from Kirkland Lake in 1956 to play for the first Peterborough Petes Jr. A Team in the new Peterborough Memorial Centre. In 1959, his team with Head Coach Scotty Bowman won the Ontario and Eastern Canada Championship and then played for the Memorial Cup in Winnipeg. Following his playing career with the Petes Pat went to Michigan Tech University on a hockey scholarship and won the NCAA championship in 1962. After graduating he worked in the USA and played hockey for the 1965 USHL Champions Waterloo Blackhawks. Pat returned to Peterborouhg in 1970, coached and assisted in the minor hockey program. He became a member of the Petes Board of Executives in the 1979-80 season. During this time he has held positions as President and Treasurer. His love for the Petes is pretty close to his love for his wife Stella, their 5 children and 5 grand children.
Ken Jackman - Past President
Ken was a member of the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service for Thirty-Two years retiring as the Deputy Chief of Police in June 2009. He was the recipient of the Twenty-Year Police Exemplary Medal and in June 2009 received from the Governor General of Canada the Order of Merit of the Police Forces Medal. Currently Ken serves as a member of the Committee of Management for Fairhaven in Peterborough. Ken joined the Petes Board of Executive in August 2002. He served as Team Presidient from 2006-2011. Ken has been married to wife Miranda for thirty-one years and has two adult children Adam and Laura.
Dave Lorentz - Secretary
Dave is a Petes alumnus from 1987-1990. He is a former Petes Captain and member of the 1989 OHL Championship team. Following his time with the Petes Dave attended Waterloo University where he played hockey while earning a Bachelor of Arts. Dave represented Team Canada at the 1992 Spengler Cup, is a former draft pick of the Washington Capitals, and played in Odense Denmark. Currently Dave is the Principal at Lakefield District Secondary & Intermediate Schools. Dave has been an educator for the past fifteen years holding a teacher’s certificate from Canisius College in Buffalo New York and received his Principal’s Qualifications from the University of Toronto. Dave is the current Treasurer for Kawartha Food Share. He is also the President of the Peterborough Petes Alumni Association where he works with the Alumni Board of Executives in organizing reunions and an Annual Golf Tournament and Annual General Meeting.
Dave Pogue - Vice President
Davebrings an extended career in business, management, marketing, promotions and communications to the board. He is the Owner of E.G. Gray Transportation Ltd, Owner of Peterborough Cold Storage, Owner of Logistics Plus Enterprises and has previously been involved as an Owner/Developer of Black Diamond Golf Club. Dave also spent 11 years working in local radio. For the past eight years, Dave has sat on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Trucking Association, and recently been appointed to their Executive. An avid supporter of Five Counties Children’s Centre, the Canadian Cancer Society, as well as a 14 year volunteer coach in Peterborough Rep Minor Hockey. Dave, through, his businesses, and volunteer experience, exemplifies the true Peterborough Corporate Citizen. He is a lifelong resident of Peterborough, and with his wife Heather, of over 25 years, are parents of two boys, and new grandparents.
Rod McGillis - Vice President
Rod brings an extensive hockey back ground to the Petes Board of Directors as well as fifteen years as an educator at St. Peter’s Secondary School. Rod holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College where he played four years of NCAA hockey and three years of NCAA lacrosse and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Niagara University. His extensive hockey background includes working as an Ontario Hockey League Advance Scout for the Ottawa 67’s (2010-2012), and Windsor Spitfires (2003-05) as well as 9 years as General Manager, Head Coach and Assistant Coach in the Provincial Junior A League where his career record includes 341 wins, 172 loses and 36 ties as well as a Jr. ‘A’ Coach of the Year Award in 2002-03.
