Drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the 1st round, 10th overall in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.

Invited to attend Hockey Canada's 2014 National Junior Team Development Camp.

Drafted by the Petes in the 1st round, 2nd overall in the 2011 OHL Priority Selection from the Toronto Marlboros.  Also played minor hockey with the Halton Hurricanes and Orangeville Flyers.

Brother Brett played for the Niagara IceDogs and was a 2nd round draft pick of the Dallas Stars.

Father Paul was coached by Petes Head Coach Mike Pelino at Brock University.

Scored his first OHL goal in the Petes season opener on September 22nd, 2011 vs. Niagara IceDogs.

Recorded goals in 4 of his first 5 games in the OHL.

Won the Bronze Medal with Team Ontario at the 2012 World Under 17 Hockey Challenge in Windsor, ON.

Won the Gold Medal with Team Canada at the 2012 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka Tournament.
